Recycled LDPE Granules for Black Garbage Bags & Bin Liners

By GranEx Team · 6 min read

Black garbage bags, bin liners and heavy-duty contractor sacks are among the highest-volume plastic products in the world — and most of them are blown from recycled black LDPE/LLDPE film. The raw material behind them is recycled black LDPE granule.

Why recycled black LDPE for bags?

Recycled black LDPE is far more cost-effective than virgin resin, widely available, and its flexibility and heat-sealability suit blown-film bag extrusion. The carbon-black content gives the deep, opaque black that bin liners and garbage bags require, while hiding minor color variation in the feedstock.

GranEx black LDPE for bag manufacturers

GranEx produces black recycled LDPE granule from European-origin scrap graded 60/40 and 80/20, filtered through 2×65 + 2×100 mesh, with a consistent MFI of 0.6–0.90 g/10 min and roughly 600 tons of monthly output. It is suited to garbage bags, bin liners, contractor and heavy-duty sacks, and black agricultural film — and is exported to North Africa, the Gulf and beyond.
